This is weight loss ⬇️

🚨 Burns muscle & fat indiscriminately
🚨 Muscle wastage means less tone, less strength and less shape
🚨 Slows down our metabolism – reducing our ability to manage body-fat long-term
🚨 Old unhelpful habits left unchecked & encourages poor relationship with food
🚨 A short-term solution

When people tell me they want to lose WEIGHT, after a brief discussion, it ALWAYS transpires that they actually want to burn FAT 🥳
