This amazing progress photo was one of my very first – gosh it seems so long ago now! ? I remember just how PROUD I was (and still am!) ?
But also how EXCITED I felt about the effectiveness of our strategy. Together, we’d built a stronger, learner, more confident and happier GymHippie. And we were SO thrilled with what we’d achieved ? We truly smashed it!
Whilst the core components of fat loss might be the same for everyone – that is, a moderate calorie deficit, regular strength training and sufficient protein intake – implementing them enjoyably, effectively and SUSTAINABLY into individual lives is, in my opinion, an artform … and it’s one of the things I do best ? I’ve learned a lot since this photo was taken!
